Ricotta infornata pugliese

A dairy product that bears witness to the rich tradition of Southern Italy and Apulia in particular: ricotta infornata.

This wonderful ricotta is obtained from the coagulation of cow's and buffalo milk whey, and is offered in different formats (in our case, 0,200 kg and 1.8 kg) and with different flavourings (lemon, chocolate chips, cocoa, blueberry, pistachio, pear, coffee).

It is an ideal product for breakfast, combining it with milk and cereals, tea, coffee, jam and the classic orange fruit juice. The addition of honey lends an extra sweet and delicious tone, to start the day with a full burst of energy!
