A classic Veneto-produced cheese, Bastardo del Grappa Riserva is an intermediate process between Asiago Pressato and Asiago d'Allevo. Pasteurised cow's milk is used; evening milk and the following morning's milk, mixed together, are used in the cheesemaking process.
Enjoy this mature cheese while sipping young red and medium-structured white wines. Try it also with rennet apples, pears, wild berries and pear mostarda.
