Product Details
Caciuda is a soft raw-curd ripened cheese, made from raw cow's milk skimmed by natural outcrop, directly milked and processed raw. The producer fully respects the Guffanti protocol, in particular with regard to the natural feeding of animals.
Its delicate and balanced flavour, with slightly acidulous notes, goes perfectly with aromatic white wines, clementine and ginger jam, and cereal bread.
As this is an artisanal product and cannot be standardised, the images are purely illustrative.
