Erborinato San Carlone - 250/300gr

This mature cheese is made from pasteurised cow's milk from the province of Novara. It has a strong, intense flavour, with light notes of stables and marked hints of penicillo.

San Carlone blue cheese is a table cheese that recalls the great blue Piedmontese tradition. It has an intense and slightly piquant flavour, characteristic of blue-veined cheeses. We recommend enjoying it with full-bodied, aged red wines, sweet and fortified wines, spicy fruit mostarda, red onion jam, rye bread, polenta.
