Erborinato San Carlone di capra is an aged table cheese that recalls the great tradition of goat's milk blues: in fact, it has the typical flavour of goat's milk, pleasant, intense, savoury, but not spicy.
Suggested pairings: full-bodied and aged red wines, sweet and liqueur wines, spicy fruit mostarda, fig jam, fresh fruit (Williams pears in particular), rye bread, polenta.
