The goat, as we know, is a generous and stubborn animal. From the milk of this marvellous animal, fine and tasty cheeses are obtained: Nostrale is a characteristic example. Balanced savouriness and well-perceived sweetness make this product truly unique in the aged cheese trolley.
Goat's Nostrale has a compact, white paste with fine, sparse eyes. Its full and intense flavour, typical of goat's milk cheese, goes well with red wines, ales, orange marmalade, pumpkin and ginger jam, fresh fruit, grape or walnut bread.
