Our cheeses were produced with only the milk of the month of August from animals that grazed exclusively on grass, thus without supplementing the cattle's diet in any way.

The aim is to demonstrate that with ancient production techniques, adapted to the needs of modern mountain pasture management, it is possible to obtain a product of specific as well as very high quality.

We recommend enjoying it in combination with full-bodied red wines, aromatic honey, as well as fresh fruit, black rye bread and polenta.
