CHEESE 2017…HERE WE GO!
Luigi Guffanti will attend the 20th edition of the most impostant Italian cheese show, Cheese by Slow Food, which will be organized in the nice town of Bra form Friday, September 15th to Monday, September 18th.
The upcoming edition will be focused on the raw milk, which is - for Guffanti - one of the most important factors to produce an high quality cheese.
As usual we have prepared something new and expecial for our visitors.
We will be exhibiting in Affineurs e Selezionatori Avenue (Via degli Affinatori), booth AF03-AF04.
During this edition we will take care together with Quality Beer Academy (official partner Slow Food), tasting classes of pairing cheese and beer. Here following the official calendar:
